By accessing or using AILinkDeepTech ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Educational & Research Purpose Only

All content, technical articles, code repositories, algorithmic designs, and guidebooks published on the Platform are for educational and informational reference only. Users are solely responsible for evaluating, testing, and verifying any code or concept before implementing it in production environments.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium memberships and digital subscriptions grant non-exclusive, non-transferable access to subscriber-only content.

• Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew at the specified interval (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account profile page. Cancellation stops automatic renewals at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: All subscription fees and digital content purchases are non-refundable, except where explicitly required by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All original text, site design, assets, and custom code provided on the Platform remain the sole intellectual property of AILinkDeepTech and its authors. Redistribution, automated scraping, or commercial resale of Platform content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, AILinkDeepTech and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

6. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service or suspend/terminate account access at any time at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms Platform integrity.
